In 1945, were Philippe and Simonne Galup. They just had their third daugther and started to look for a nice place to live in, not so far from the place they lived.
They left their appartment rue Bonaparte to move in that new one, rue Jacob.
From that day, Fanny, Pascale and Soline could spend happy days skating or bicycling in the corridors, Soline had the speciallity to turn crazy the old Bookseller, working under the Living room, by jumping with her jump-rope for hours ...
The daughters get married and left rue Jacob, but sundays were full of grand-child running and playing in the appartement.
As Philippe and Simonne were old, they retired in Pascale and Jacques home, 40 km far in south of Paris, with Soline who was handicaped by a Trisomy. This was a very large and happy family live. Simonne died in 1992, Philippe and Soline joined her in 2004.
During these years, Pascale and Jacques children: Delphine, Julien, Thomas, Noémi and Jean-Victor one by one (sometimes by 2 or even by 3) moved in rue Jacob in order to follow their studies easier !
Then, they get married and had children.
So, today, Jacques & Pascale and:
Delphine (and her 3 children: Ariane, Virgile and Olympe)
Julien & Florence (and their 3 children: Jasmine, Zacharie and Leila)
Thomas and Aurélie (and their 2 children: Liv and Arthur)
Noémi & Stephane (and their 2 children Coline and Titouan and the future twins waited for April 2015)
Jean-Victor & Marie-Cécile (still enjoying their Sunday mornings !)
... so Jacques & Pascale, their 5 children, children in law, and 10 (nearly 12) grand-children are very happy to welcome you in Philippe and Simonne appartement.
Be sure those almost 70 past years were HAPPINESS ...
let us imagine these years are the grand-parents of your days in that place !!!
